Effective date: October 9, 2026
You can request deletion of your Peer4Peer account and / or your personal data at any time, directly from the app or by using the form below. We honour every valid deletion request within 30 days.
For Peer4Peer, your account is your data — there is no meaningful "data-only" state because every piece of personal information we hold (name, DOB, address, government-ID photos, bank/card tokens, credit snapshot) is tied to your account record. Deleting your data therefore effectively deletes your account too. If you only want to clear specific items (for example re-doing KYC or disconnecting a bank), use the in-app settings instead of this page.
1. Open Peer4Peer on your phone and sign in.
2. Tap Profile at the bottom.
3. Scroll to the very bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm the prompt. Your login is revoked immediately and your profile, KYC images, and payment methods are deleted or anonymised.
If you already uninstalled the app and cannot sign back in, use Option B below.
Email support@peer4peerloans.com from the email address on your Peer4Peer account. Please include:

Federal and state consumer-finance laws require us to retain limited records of completed loan transactions and tax reporting for up to 7 years after the account is closed. We retain only:
These records are retained in a locked compliance archive. They are not used for marketing, scoring, or any other purpose, and are permanently deleted at the end of the statutory retention window.
To protect you, we may ask for additional verification before we delete your account (for example, a reply-to confirmation email, or a photo of the government-ID that matches your KYC record). We never ask for your password.
If we cannot verify your request we will tell you why and offer another way to prove your identity. If you believe we have declined a valid deletion request, contact support@peer4peerloans.com and we will escalate to our Data Protection Officer.
You can also submit a deletion request from the web page below without opening the app:
